Our stay there was excellent. We got 5 nights in this modern hotel, greatly enjoyed it. The room was functional, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and there was a luxurious bathroom. The venue took care of the personalized service. Besides, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was a bonus. Location: the hotel was short walk to jr nagoya station, other neighbourhoods, and the drug store, shopping mall and a transportation hub. Dined at Chinese Cuisine Kameikaku, it was just a short stroll away from the venue. The food in the in-house restaurant was fine.

Themed rooms, I had fine experience.

I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a fridge, coffee/tea makers, and a writing desk. The food was appetising - variety of options.

The wifi was atrocious and the bed seemed like sleeping on a rock- unacceptable for a supposedly nice hotel. I also could barely move in the room with my suitcase, talk about crammed! As if that wasn't enough, they should have definitely offered me a complimentary upgrade for all the inconvenience. I just couldn't believe it.

Customer service above all else

The staff at Meitetsu Inn were friendly and helpful. They quickly assisted me with my request for a non-smoking room. The hotel's location across from Nagoya Station was perfect for exploring the city and nearby shops and restaurants. A lovely surprise was the free coffee and tea available in the lobby, which I enjoyed while planning my day.

The room was clean, but it felt cramped with limited luggage space.

Ope, I really loved the room's chic design and how bright it was! The bathroom had that nifty shower and tub combo, and the view from my high floor was just gorgeous. Check-in was easy, and that free coffee in the lobby? Perfect perk! Just wish there was a bit more luggage space for my bags.

Only space for one luggage at a time with extra bed setup!!! Centralized air-conditioning isn't convenient for individual preferences!!! It'd be better to have more luggage space in the rooms!!!

Can't recommend highly enough for a city holiday

Cute staff, clean room, great location made my stay enjoyable, as they kindly assisted me in securing a non-smoking room and the hotel is conveniently located right across from the train station for easy exploration of the area.

the room felt a bit tight. but the bathroom was stylish and had plenty of natural light. the view from the higher floor was fantastic! the check-in process was smooth and staff were really friendly.
